The TTCA has embarked on a Chess Training exercise to be conducted by a Bulgarian Grand Master Marian Petrov. This unique and exciting project will take place in Trinidad from Monday 19th August to Saturday 24th August 2019. The Following are the details:
\u2022 This Training will be split into four modules
o Module \u201cA\u201d is specifically for players rated 2000 and above
o Module \u201cB\u201d is specifically for players rated 1800 to 1999 (including top 3 rated females)
o Module \u201cC\u201d is designed for Juniors (12 yrs. and above and must know Algebraic Notation)
o Module \u201cD\u201d is designed for juniors (Under 12 yrs. Old)
\u2022 The Training will take place at CONFERENCE ROOM # 5 at the Cascadia Hotel and Conference Centre in St. Anns.<\/a><\/b>
\u2022 The Training carries a small cost per person to cover GM Marian Petrov\u2019s expenses. This is outlined below in the Module Details. Tobago Chess Players have been granted an exemption of the Training cost as they have to carry the burden of Transport to and from Tobago.
\u2022 Breaks will be provided daily, however participants shall be responsible for their lunch. Buffet Lunch will also be available at Cascadia Hotel at a reasonable cost.
