The Trinidad & Tobago Chess Association in collaboration with CCA and under the auspices of FIDE will be hosting a FREE Arbiters Seminar in English, this will give Norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters. (Limited to thirty persons) . This seminar will take place during the hosting of the CAC Youth Chess Festival 2015 in Trinidad & Tobago. See details below:

- August 15th 2015 – 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm (Second session)
- August 17th 2015 – 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm (Third Session)
- August 19th 2015 – 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Exam)
